Bug & Worm #185

You have to imagine the sheep saying it slow and steady. “how-deee, paaaard-ners.” Hee hee!

Anyone seen an evil-eyed sheep come through these parts? Wears a big ol’ hat and walks with a limp. He killed a rattlesnake over in Frisco, and the judge said bring him in dead or alive.

  2. Chase Says:

I didn’t know it was silly hat day. By the time my work shift is over, there will be no silly hat stores still open. Blast!

Time to see what I can make with old newspaper and rusty though hopefully still formidible origami skills!

  3. almo Says:

If the sheep were a goat, we could do some excellent word play, like “Billy the Kid.” You know, kid, goat. Eh? Oh well, ewe can’t win them all…

I hate to contradict Bug, but I say EVERY day is Silly Hat Day! I’d like to see one of those origami hats, though…

  4. Nikki Says:

Well you do wear a “goofy” hat most days ;)

  5. Meem Says:

Is Paddy based off of the male servant from “Around the World in Eighty Days”? Some of his speech seems familiar (I’ve been reading that book lately). Love the hats!

  6. almo Says:

I’ve actually never read (or seen) “Around the World in Eighty Days.” Whenever I put in Paddy’s text, it feels and looks wrong if there’s not a “Mister” or “Sir” somewhere in the sentence.
