Bug & Worm #194

I was having a low blood sugar (I’m diabetic) while I was making this one, so forgive me if it’s off at all (it may not be, I can’t really tell right now)…

  1. Orkahm52 Says:

Interestingly all Bug’s attempts at flying have almost ended that way, too!

  2. Chase Says:

Orkahm52 makes a very valid argument! *laugh*

I didn’t think this was off, but it took me a sec to realize it was bug speaking in the last panel. Worm’s expression is awesome. :)

  3. Your Pop Says:

Most bugs only have a lifespan of one to 2 months. Does your bug take steroids? Is the big guy a cricket or a grasshopper? If he was a grasshopper you could have him walk (or hop) into a bar and the bartender would say, “Hey, we have drink named after you!” To which the grasshopper would say, “Excuse me - where is your bathroom?”

  4. Your Pop Says:

Bug will fly one day!! One day!!!

Bug is a special Bug. Plus, all of these strips may take place over just one month. Who knows how bug time works? And yes, he’s Grasshopper, and he’s never been to a bar.

That book came out way after my strip, and it is drawn in crayon.

Sheesh. My own father attacking my on my web site. What has the world come to?
