Tales of Kid Bug: Part 1

Alright, I’m going to go ahead and try and make a Bug & Worm comic book/graphic novel, but I’m going to do it page by page as installments of Bug & Worm Adventures. If I can get together enough pages with a good enough story, I’ll make it into a graphic novel and see about getting it published.

Worm isn’t going to be in this first story (as you can see in the comic, he’s on vacation). It’s just Kid Bug. Now I need to figure out what’s going to happen to him…

UPDATE: I marked this one wrong so it wasn’t up on the front page for a while this morning. Sorry!

    This looks like it’s gonna be good. I’m not too sure about Bug’s mum, though. In her defense she’s probably doing 5 other things at once, as only mum’s can.

    That last panel is really good, how it zooms out to emphasis his loneliness and how the speech bubble is 10x as big as the sigh in it.

    Bug’s mom is very easily distracted and, as a result, tends to neglect Bug a little too much. She’s not a bad person, just not a very good parent. She is a bug, too, though, so who can blame her?
